The Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited (CLCL) invites members of the public to its annual meeting onFriday, September 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. PST.

CLCL is a commercial federal Crown corporation that, through its subsidiaries, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. and Parc Downsview Park Inc., optimizes the financial and community value obtained from the purchase, management and sale of former government properties, as well as holds and operates certain assets, such as the CN Tower and the Montréal Science Centre. 
 
At this meeting, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO will provide a summary of the company’s financial position and outline the activities of the company in the various communities across Canada.  Following the event, a recorded webcast will be made available on the company’s corporate websites (www.clcl.ca, and www.clc.ca).
 
Members of the public are invited to attend or submit questions on issues relating to the company’s activities.  Questions may be submitted by email or regular mail and must be received by the company by no later than Monday, September 22, 2014.  Confirmation of your attendance would also be appreciated.
